DAYI RUBBER PRODUCTS CO.LTD. Established in 2012, is a professional manufacturer engaged in the research, development, production,sale and service of wrapped cover hydraulic hoses, smooth cover hydraulic hoses, air conditioning hoses, gasoline hoses, and fiber braided hoses, We are located in hengshui city, hebei province with convenient transportation access.

Dedicated to strict quality control and thoughtful customer service, our experienced staff members are always available to discuss your requirements and ensure full customer satisfaction at any time.  In recent years, our company has introduced a series of advanced equipments, including high speed braiding machines, steel wire spiral machines, adanced extruding machines, computer-controlled water pressure test machines, impulse test bench.Moreover, we have newly built internal mixer workshop which can achieve raw material to rubber sheet by one time. In addition, we have obtained ISO9001 certificate, MSHA certificate and many patent certificates.

Market demands have increased rapidly with the good reputation built. The 120,000 square meters DAYI Fluid Intelligent Technology Industrial Park has been fully put into production in October 2019. DAYI now has 45 high-speed steel wire braiders, 12 steel wire spiral machines, 10 hose crimping machines. Meanwhile, DAYI annual production capacity of hydraulic hoses and auto ac hoses  has increased to 30 million meters. By 2024, The production capacity of hydraulic hoses and ac hoses is forecasted to increase to 100 million meters, the output value will boost to RMB 2 billion.

Committed to the innovation of marketing layout, DAYI has successively established 10 offices covering the national market in Sichuan, Guangzhou, Yunnan, Heilongjiang and other places. In the 2012, DAYI built a network-wide e-commerce marketing platform to promote domestic and cross-border e-commerce.
